1. Who we are

OnePile ("we," "us," "our") is a real estate transaction management platform built for Long Island, NY brokerages and agents. Contact: support@onepile.ai.

2. What we collect and why

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Account dataName, email, phone, and license number — used to create your account and verify identity.

Transaction dataProperty addresses, purchase prices, closing dates, document metadata, and party contact info.

DocumentsFiles you upload, stored encrypted in AWS S3. AI classification reads content per-request only — document text is never stored in logs.

Usage dataPage views via Plausible Analytics — cookieless, no fingerprinting, no personal data.

Payment dataHandled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers — only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

3. What we do not do

—Sell your data to any third party.
—Share transaction data with iBuyers, listing portals, or advertisers.
—Affiliate with Zillow, Realtor.com, or any listing service.
—Use your data to train AI models beyond the features you explicitly invoke.
—Send marketing emails without consent.

4. AI features

Document analysis and AI deal summaries send relevant text to the Anthropic Claude API per-request. Anthropic's data handling terms govern that transmission. We do not retain AI prompts or responses beyond the session that generated them.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. After cancellation, data is held for 30 days then deleted. Admins may request immediate deletion from Settings. Backups may retain data for up to 7 additional days.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over TLS. Documents are encrypted at rest in AWS S3. Authentication is handled by Clerk. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time via Settings, or by emailing privacy@onepile.ai. We respond within 5 business days.

8. Cookies

We use only functional cookies required for authentication (set by Clerk). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is cookieless.

9. Changes

Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. The current version is always at onepile.ai/privacy.
